By accessing or using our website at www.informexbi.com and the InformexBI application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

InformexBI is a business intelligence platform that converts Excel spreadsheets into interactive web dashboards. The service includes automatic chart and table detection, AI-powered dashboard creation, a built-in SQL engine, public sharing capabilities, and report design tools. We provide both free and paid subscription plans as described on our pricing page.

3. Account Registration

To use InformexBI, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Notifying InformexBI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

InformexBI offers multiple subscription tiers including a free plan and paid plans (Starter, Pro, and Business). Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days advance notice. Payment processing is handled by our payment partner, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available in accordance with our Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day money-back guarantee for paid plans.

6. User Responsibilities

When using InformexBI, you agree to:

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Not upload malicious, infringing, or illegal content.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
  • Not use the service to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content.
  • Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.

7. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to InformexBI. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. InformexBI may use aggregated, anonymized usage statistics to improve the service.

8. Intellectual Property

The InformexBI platform, including its design, code, features, documentation, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of InformexBI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without our written consent.

9. Service Availability

InformexBI strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InformexBI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to InformexBI in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

InformexBI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though we will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data.

13. Changes to These Terms

InformexBI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
