At InformexBI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which we offer refunds for our paid subscription plans.

Free Plan

The InformexBI Free plan is provided at no cost. Since no payment is collected, no refund applies.

Paid Subscription Plans

All paid plans (Starter, Pro, and Business) are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the billing cycle you select at the time of purchase.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal date. To request a refund, contact us at info@informexbi.com with your account email and the reason for your request.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
  • Partial-month or partial-year refunds are not available after the 14-day window.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of each annual payment. After the 14-day window, the remaining balance of the annual term is non-refundable, but you will continue to have access to all plan features until the end of your billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan after the paid period ends.
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after downgrade, allowing you to re-subscribe without data loss.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, including but not limited to:

  • Repeated subscription and refund cycling.
  • Violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Accounts terminated due to misuse or fraudulent activity.

  • Your registered email address
  • The date of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request

We will respond to your request within 2 business days.

InformexBI reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
